Chicken Parm

This photo was taken at Ristorante Molise in Amesbury, MA. The chicken was thin and crispy and the sauce was delicious. I asked for it without the pasta for dietary reasons, but I’m sure the pasta is great. No picture of my husband’s lobster raviolis, but they were huge and stuffed with lobster and topped with lobster. The sauce was delicious too. Both dinners came with a side salad as well.
