Ewwww

This photo was taken at Canine Star Training Academy in Cocoa, FL. I was really excited about this facility at first and I had done some serious research about where to take my dog prior to signing up for Canine star beginning obedience, but it turned out to be the worst dog training experience ever. The trainers assistant spent most of the second class insulting my dog and the trainer made rude comments after I couldn't even hear what she asked me to do due to the noise in the room. After getting home from each class I noticed my allergies were extremely aggravated and required immediately washing my clothing and showering. The facility appears clean at first glance but there is dog hair and dander all over the floor. After voicing my concern with Mary she didn't even offer an apology or any refund even though physically, I'm not sure my allergies could take another class. I wouldn't have bothered to take the time to write a review if Mary would have offered a sincere apology but she was actually rude. Given the number of alternatives on the space coast we look forward to going somewhere else.
