This photo was taken at Liza Jackson Dog Park in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Lots of trees and several benches to sit on. It looked like there were two drains from the parking lot that I saw one dog drink from. When I looked, it appeared to have oil from the parking area in it. It may not be a drain, but maybe the rains drain towards the park. That should be corrected.
