  DO NOT LET THEM GROOM YOUR DOG!!!!

  Ronnie the owner of dirty dogs came with her mobile grooming van to give my Bichon a summer haircut. I provided pictures of how I would like him cut. When she brought him home we were in absolute shock. She had shaved him and not even done that well it was all uneven. My dog was not himself for a couple weeks it seems like he knew that he was somehow not looking right. Beware of their dog grooming services!

  DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I just had my dog groomed here and they did an ubelievebly horrible job. I am at a loss for words at how bad it is and it was the manager Ronnie herself who cut the dog. This place should not be in service what so ever. I took my Australian Shepherd in for a grooming and they ruined his entire coat. They didnt even offer free charge I had to demand and tell them I was not going to pay for this terrible job, she just kept defending her decision and should maybe learn a bit of hospitality towards her customers. They claimed that he jumped and they nicked his coat a little bit and decided instead of calling me immediately to shave the rest of his coat and might I add do a terrible job of shaving it. My dog has been groomed at multiple crulity free places and never once had a problem. If they had half a brain they would understand he's an Australian Shepherd and shaving their coats is extremely bad for them it is also almost summer time in Arizona and his poor body is going to be so sunburnt from this. I believe the owner of this place should never trim a dog again and fully learn from this horrible mistake. I am still shocked they are even certified groomers because I could cut my dogs coat way better than this. I reccomend no one ever go here and when my boyfriend called to complain because he was so in shock and get her name on the phone she was extremely rude and told us to come yell at her in person. They should 100% never groom a dog again! Also based on looking at the rest of her reviews I have noticed she responds very rudely back and extremely defensive towards others which just proves what type of business she runs!
