  If you care about the well-being of your pets do not go to this Petsmart PetHotel The hotel let’s pitbulls in camp don’t get me wrong I love pitbulls but it’s policy they don’t go into camp , they neglect the dogs here and when bringing back to there rooms they will drag them by there necks there body on the ground, there waters are almost 100% of the time empty or absolutely disgusting. They don’t feed half the pets because they are extremely unorganized my dog is in shock from this place and my cat was caged with another cat for the whole stay I saw through the window to the cat hotel, prior to this I took my cat in to get his nails cut at the salon and when I got him back some nails were completely ripped off he looked like he was in pain some were numbs and some weren’t even cut, let’s just say I will not be coming back and if you care about the well-being of your pets you should not go here.

  Dog discrimination still a practice at Petsmart

  How sad to see that Petsmart is still prohibiting well-socialized and friendly dogs from its day care based on a "ban" list. I was looking for a good place to bring my purebred lab, but I won't give my money to an establishment that claims to represent the health and welfare of animals, but is either so backwards that it still believes a dog's breed alone can determine its temperament or so afraid of social pressure that it is willing to punish good dogs with good owners, who have no history of problems, just to keep a small population of ignorant people happy.
