Rough situation but worked out!
There was a miscommunication that led to our Aussie getting a cut we didn’t want. I wasn’t happy with it BUT I will say the owner was receptive. We were able to work out a solution with a partial refund. It wasn’t anyone’s fault. These things just happen and it’s nice when a business isn’t too defensive and can work towards a solution. Overall, they were kind people and helpful.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Second time I brought my puppy in, I asked TWO times, for them to not cut ANYTHING on her except for her rear end. The guy at the front desk clearly didn’t relay the message to the groomer because when I picked my dog up, the groomer said that she tried rounding out my dogs face but my puppy was moving a lot and she didn’t wanna cut off too much so she stopped. I told her that I said I didn’t want her face trimmed and she said she did that and trimmed near her eyes. Well I called when I left and left a message to speak the manager and this morning the guy that sits at the front desk (and claims to be the manager) called me back and was beyond rude! He said they know how to groom dogs and clean up the face basically even if a custom asks to not? He literally called me a liar and said “I’m not going to let you take advantage of us and try and get your way” and “we take before photos for snooty people like you who think they can get their way”...Is this seriously a joke? Pretty sure a manager wouldn’t talk to a customer that way! He was obviously trying to cover his butt because HE didn’t tell the groomer what I had said to do. I will definitely be finding a different groomer who doesn’t have a jerk working the front desk.
