I dropped my dog off. I knew he would be scared. They sent me an email how happy he was playing with the other dogs.
He wasn’t attaching to the humans, but that’s okay.
But I had an emergency and had to pick him up a day early. I had called earlier to let them know. The office was closed. I drove over, and saw the attendants standing outside. One of them came over and explained that they were closed. I told her the situation. She made it right. I got my dog back, but he was sopping wet. I thought that he would have been in an enclosed shelter. He wasn’t. Very unacceptable. He has been shivering since he got home. Not okay.

staff are fantastic with pets, my experience with the office staff as it to consecutive “surprises” at checkout over my most recent pickups have made today’s pickup my last experience here. I’d been a customer for years, habitant totaled several weeks of care for my dog. In November, the ofc mgr outright said I was lying about what I wanted when I dropped off two weeks prior. Today, I pick my dog up a day early and am told that the next days dog walks are alll they can refund.
PLEASE read fine print and be CRYSTAL clear at drop off.

My dog was boarded at Sunny Acres and contracted Kennel Cough. Donna agreed to a refund, but then conveniently could not recall the conversation and will not stand by her word. Do not use this facility.
My vet reported that they were never contacted to confirm that he was up to date on his vaccinations. If they didn't check my dog, means they didn't check others and this is against the law.
