    Loving pets is their game

    We were very nervous to leave our pup with anyone. We ended up giving them a try for one night. She had a fantastic time and loved playing with the other pups in daycare. When we picked her up she was super happy and completely worn out. We went ahead and brought her back again and were very surprised our pup was leaping out of the car to go inside. She was thrilled to be back and the lady working came to the door so excited to see our baby. They played with her and made sure she was happy and safe with the pups she played with and because she is so little and young they made sure to give her some alone play time and cuddles at the front with them too.

    Horrible communication & service

    I read mixed reviews about this place and was skeptical at first but a few of the people who has been taking their dogs for years here said good things about them. We dropped off both our dogs Wednesday and picked them up today (sunday). we were supposed to get pictures of the dogs every day and never got them. When we went to pick them up they couldn't even find us in the system and the girl said that it must have been a mistake and they never put us in the system to begin with. we also noticed that the container of food we packed up for both dogs were full and never used and they claim that they must have just given their own food which seemed very shady because both our dogs have two different food and they're both sensitive to certain stuff so why would you give random food to our dogs if we already packed up their own food and instructed you to give it. I would never take my dogs to this place again because I have no idea if They got fed or got to play at all the last 4 days. They are playing in our backyard like they've never seen a toy in the last week. Their crates have other dogs Hair in it. PLEASE don't ever take your lovely dogs here

    Poor Quality Control

    Loyal customer for over four years -- until today, I've kept my appointments, showed up & picked-up on time, tipped generously and have expressed my gratitude with "loyalty" for over four years with the previous owners. **BEWARE** the new owner, Mark, doesn't understand the importance of working with the CUSTOMER. I expressed a concern about "quality control" and he asks me to not return???

    In short, I have a papillon poodle mix. I have had a solid history with Lucky Paws to not cut her ears and tail but still communicate this request at every visit. One visit earlier this year I noticed immediately upon pick-up that her ears & tail were cut. I was very very upset!!! This had never happened before. Mark called me asap and apologized. I didn't know that there was a new owner? -- this explained the mess up (it still shouldn't have happened). But Mark said all the right things and I felt comfortable to return. I've had my PappiPoo groomed a few times since then. However, this last time I noticed my PappiPoo was not bathed. I was thinking they were over booked and didn't have time. So when I made this next appointment I pointed it out (because the new owner encouraged me to speak out if anything was wrong). So, I felt comfortable telling the person who was making my appointment. She was very professional and apologized. We moved forward in making the next appointment. Within an hour, I got a call from Mark saying that he did not want me to return as a client.

    I have been a reliable and valuable client for years and for the "new" owner to treat me like I did something wrong is disrespectful. I wasn't looking for a free ride, this wasn't about money! For me it was about the same quality I had gotten long before he took over the business. Somebody must have too much business to feel at liberty to act like this. Goodbye & Good Luck -- Lucky Paws -- LUCKY ME there's a lot of competition!!!
