Love this pet resort!
We are visiting the area because of a death in the family and they were the only ones who accepted my dog in a short notice. I was afraid and very nervous as my dog doesn't like other dogs. But the Riverwalk team did a very good job with him. The staff are very friendly, especially Victoria and Aylie and I was so happy that my dog was happy with them too! If you need a go-to place at Riverside, I have no doubt you will love Riverwalk Pet Resort! We will come back again on our next visit and I hope you still remember my pup Kaia!

Haven for Dogs
This facility is one of the best. Always my first choice for boarding and grooming. They just got booked out pretty fast so need to secure dates earlier. Overall staff are great and facilities are maintained properly. 5 stars for me.

BEWARE SHAME shelter DEATH resort
BEWARE - Pet resort more like death resort! This kennel allegedly lost my puppy. All I know for sure is he is gone, due to either absolute incompetence or gross negligence. Do not take your pet here. Dealing with the owners has turned into a disgusting shuffle of them trying to stay face but at the same time doing all the wrong things. SHAME on these two business people. Taking your pet to this dump could be the last time you see your pet ever again. I'm devastated that I made that mistake. And heartbroken my little boy is gone. Please do not risk your pet with this SHAME shelter DEATH resort. - Review by Deboos Dad
