We could not be bigger fans of Justine, Liz, and the rest of the excellent team at Brooklyn Paws. They have been walking our greyhound Frances in the neighborhood for the past four years and consistently delivery outstanding service. Justine is a fantastic communicator and always accessible via email or text to make changes to the schedule as necessary. Fran loves her walks and always gets a great workout. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for personalized, reliable, and hospitable support for their pup!

Justine, Liz, and Zack are an incredible team! We have loved having them walk our dog Ruby for the past few years. We got emails when Zack arrived and left, as well as photos of our pup with a quick write-up about her walk every day. Great people, great service - 10/10 would recommend!

I should start this review with the preface that I am a high maintenance customer. I travel frequently and at a moments notice for work and thus require a dog walking service that has their shit together.
This company is good for customers who have highly regulated schedules and can book far in advance. For everyone else, I advise you to look elsewhere or your animals will suffer.
My breaking point occurred when I was notified by my company that travel was required the next day. I booked dog walking services late that night. The first dog walk was for 8am. Their online system allowed me to make this booking. The next day, I left home extremely early to travel. I found out at 3:30pm that they had sent me an email AFTER the requested dog walk time, that they cannot fulfill this request. I had received no call, no voice message, and no text. Just one email.
I asked them to call me ASAP via email. I called directly with no answer. I texted the owner to call me ASAP. The owner finally called me. Instead of being apologetic and attempting to problem solve to help my dog who had been stranded for 16 hours, she yelled at me on the phone and advised that I find another service. (I was a loyal customer that typically required at least 8 dog walks per week...which equates to AT LEAST $160 of revenue for them per week.)
With the realization that the owner has horrendous customer service skills with maybe a hint of anger issues, I dropped all complaints immediately and calmly asked if there was any way anyone could briefly let my dog out right now. She said she’d try to get to it “but only because I have such a sweet dog” in the next half hour and would send me a picture.
An hour later, she texted and emailed me the picture of my dog with the subject line reading “photo” and no message of apology or concern.
If you engage with this company, you are at high risk of having something unfortunate happen to your most loved furry family members. As we all know, your character is tested under pressure and the only character observed from the owner and leader of this company was one of brash, ignorant, and callous nature.
