Touch of Grace Pet Spa
- ErinMore than a year agoMy go-to groomer!
I also used the Groupon to get both of my dogs groomed, and I have returned multiple times since then. Although I will admit that the facility is a little intimidating and not a place I would send my dogs for daycare or boarding, Shannon rents out her grooming space from the main facility and does a fantastic job every time I get my dogs groomed! She keeps her "clients" in the grooming room at all times away from the kennels, and my dogs are always giving her kisses whenever I come to pick them up, especially when her daughter is there to play with them. I'm happy I finally found a local and talented groomer who genuinely cares for my dogs and doesn't treat them like they're just some form of revenue like most other groomers do. I highly recommend Shannon and she certainly deserves a lot more business from dog owners in the Asheville community!

There was a groupon for Touch of Grace so I brought my dog there, as soon as I walked in I wanted to walk back out. There were dogs in kennels barking everywhere, it was dark, definitely not "spa-like" at all. I left my dog there, drove up the road about a mile and turned around I felt so bad for my dog I couldn't leave her, she was clearly stressed out. In retrospect I shouldn't have even left her in the first place. The woman was nice enough, but the facility was reminiscent of a puppy mill.
