  Horrible experience here

  I had to reschedule my first evaluation appointment for our dog and we confirmed with them for 2/4 at 11 AM. When we got there we were told it’s for 2/11 and then I showed the representative the email where they confirmed for 2/4 at 11 AM. She then said we had to reschedule because they already had someone for 11 AM that was using the pool. I said I would call back because we travelled over a hour for this even though she said we could come back at 1:30 PM. We decided to just wait and after trying to get in contact with them multiple times, I finally got a call back that we could definitely come back at 1:30 PM. So we waited. A little bit before 1:30 pm, about 5 minutes before, I started to get out of the car so we could head inside. I was told but the guy working there that I had to wait a little while longer because there was a class in the front. After waiting some more, someone else went in and they didn’t have a problem that they were there so I headed in to see how much longer we had to wait outside. I was then told to come inside with our dog by one employee. While waiting, the guy that was working there look annoyed that we were now inside. He told us to go to the back where the pool area was and to wait there. As we waited for a while in the back, a trainer told us to now wait in the service entrance until they were ready for us because she had a lesson going on back there and I guess we were bothering them. I told her how we have been waiting basically all day for this and she got the male employee to come meet us in the service entrance. When he finally came to the back he told us that they were accommodating us so we had to be patient. No apologies for their error was ever offered, no sense of urgency to try to take care of us as potential new members. Nothing. He didn’t even care to hear us out, he just walked away as if this were all our fault.

  TLDR; this place has HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t bother coming here.

  Everyone is extremely kind, caring and professional. I love bringing my dog here, She and I always have a great time taking their classes. highly recommend!
