    Happy with their service

We've used Qualified Pet Dental twice now and have been very satisfied. Very courteous, professional and thorough. They put my dog's head on their lap to perform the cleaning which relaxes him as he loves to be cuddled. Glad he is not up on a high cold hard table. His teeth are pearly white again and his breath smells great.

    Doggie dental !

I can recommend this service. Much quicker, safer (don't have to knock the dog out) and obviously le$$. Our two dogs have no problems, clean teeth and MUCH better breath as a result. I have been twice now and will continue with 6 month cleanings. I wish I had this service available for previous dogs that suffered dental issues. Thanks again!

    First time - last time

I made an appointment to have my dog's teeth cleaned and was treated very poorly by the representatives from Qualified Pet Dental. The other review by Kathy in San Diego is accurate. I am giving them the lowest recommendation I can give them. When I asked if I could watch them when they treated my dog, they said I was being difficult and refused to allow me to stay with my dog. Should you decide to use Qualified Pet Dental. be certain to ask any questions when making your appointment - almost impossible, I know, as a first time user since I didn't even know what questions to ask - but that's going to be their response. Once you get to your appointment they see your job as simply handing over your dog and getting out of the way so they can do whatever they want and then hand you back your dog. Period. Oh - and pay them. This will be the last time I ever do that. too.

    We can Highly Recommend Qualifiedpetdental.

I was reluctant to have my 12 yr old dog sedated with anesthesia, so I choose to go to Animalia when they had their monthly visit with qualifiedpetdental.

Because Bo was recently diagnosed with Wobblers, I was worried how they would lift a 65Lb dog onto a table without hurting his neck and lower back,

so for him to be treated while comfortable on the floor worked out just a perfect. The Dr. was very caring and the service was just great.

Bo was a great patient while his teeth were perfectly cleaned in about 30 min.

Bo and I are very satisfied customers and will definitely go back for any future cleanings! We can Highly Recommend Qualifiedpetdental.

    Never Again

I will not use this company again. My fault for not asking when I scheduled the appointment, where the actual exam would be done. They had my dog laying on the floor of a very noisy, busy grooming salon (I thought there was an exam room in the back)! Considering that the law has changed and requires a vet be present for the teeth cleaning ~ I'm assuming that they expect a higher standard and want to reduce risk of infection, etc. ~ being on the floor of a grooming salon seems pretty unsanitary to me! My dog got nervous and pooped, which has never happened before, although she does get anxious in these situations. When they brought her to me they had her gentle lead on wrong and it was around her neck ~ very tight!! The staff had to hold her while I worked to get it off her! I couldn't believe it!! Don't know if they had that on her during the exam and that stressed her out?? The vet (Miyagishima) was sitting there during the teeth cleaning! This was an experience I don't want to repeat!!
