  She has a lot of business, (you may have to wait) but she came highly recommended from some people that I know. Anyhow, I brought my pooch (Sampson) in for some severe matt treatment. He was a stray buddy that I picked up.
  I was initially concerned about the fact that it would take multiple sessions to get him cleaned up but she did a great job of explaining why he needed multiple small sessions to get his skin and coat healthy again. Long story short my little dude is looking sharp today and he looks like a dog not a carpet. Price was great and Sampson loves his visits.
  Great spot. No corporate nonsense just solid grooming from a knowledgeable dog lover who even helped me with some dietary questions I had when he was getting better.

  Called and made appt for my puppy. During the call she says she may be able to trim/cut her body fur depending on how well the puppy does at the first grooming. Totally understandable. As soon as I arrive she has an attitude, tells me she will only trim her private areas ears, face and feet. All while still charging $53 When I asked if she would be able to do the body she rudely says AS I EXPLAINED TO YOU ON THE PHONE I DONT DO THAT THE FIRST VISIT. I told her my dog is used to trims since we do it at home for her to get used to it. She still said NO. I step out to speak to my husband and walk back in and say ok we will go ahead anyway. She comes out and says my dog is matted. My dog was wearing a sweater so how she can say she is matted is beyond me, I told her that's impossible because we brush her every other day. She says "yea sure". With an attitude, she goes to grab my dog and I tell her I thinks it's best I go elsewhere due to her attitude and she slams the door in my face. If this is how she treats her customers imagine how she treats our pets that can't fend for themselves. It's best to pay more money elsewhere where they will treat you and your dog with some decency and dignity because this woman is lacking any customer service / people skills.
