The review that is on here is obviously from a disgruntled staffer. Because my dog loves this place. Its all organic, they have a ton of staff and a new dog playroom for dogs that attend daycare every day and might be a bit bored or that need some extra stimulation. The staff just loves my dog, She jumps out of the car when she arrives. Can't say enough good about it!

50 to 1 dog to person ratio. Whole Dogz feels like the overcrowded public school of kennels.
It seems understaffed. Small playroom is frequently closed. Even when it is open i frequently see very large dogs in there, over 100 lbs. This doesn't seem to make much sense. These larger dogs could crush a smaller dog even if the dog is not aggressive.
Toys in the playrooms. These often cause fights. Other kennels don't allow toys in the room for this reason Many aggressive dogs in playrooms.
They advertise 24 hour staff. But the only person there overnight appears to be the owners son Patrick, who appears to live on site. He is there at 7am at the front desk so I imagine he just shuts his door and goes to sleep. On my tour there were numerous broken plexiglass doors which appeared to be a real safety hazard for the dogs. Sharp edges right on eye level with our dogs
The mother/son duo running this business have no idea how to run a business. Mary Kenkel responds to poor reviews with argumentative replies and harassment.
