  My 4.5 month old puppy was mistreated will under their care. They allow you to observe daycare playtime by webcam and during that time I witnessed staff grab my puppy’s fur, throw her to the ground, and pin her against the wall!!! It makes me wonder what they did while I wasn’t watching! Also I picked my puppy up a half hour after they opened and they tried charging me for a full half day (they hadn’t fed her or taken care of her yet for the morning but still planned to charge me). The staff is terrible and not at all friendly or caring.
