DARL's Paws & Hands program-Helping the animals and people in our community and yours. We want to help the people and animals is need by offering our services to help their situation. Times are tough. We are here for you and your pets! We save animals from euthanization, neglect, abuse and suffering in shelters. Our team works close together with shelters, Animal Clinics/Hospitals and ACOs (Animal Control Officers) to save lives. We are a foster to adopt rescue.
