  DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE

  If I could rate this place zero stars I would….. to start my dogs were left here for 5 days, in this time frame one of my dogs was abused (drug across the floor and choked by his collar… visibly scared), their regiment we set up was not followed in the slightest, they were singled out multiple times, and they smelled atrocious upon pickup. This facility is unprofessional, rude, untrustworthy, and frankly neglectful with the exception of the operations manager who was helpful and validated that this behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had boarding my dogs. I was talked down to when calling to ask why my dog was separated from his brother and then hung up on, they hardly answer the phone, and I’m not sure if the individual who abused my dog is even still working there due to them telling me they could not disclose that information. When brought up to staff the incident that occurred the staff member tried to validate the individuals actions. Bottom line DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!
