  I've had the pleasure to have Pet Orbits walkers help me with my energetic 2-year-old-Lab Max for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with their service. In occasions I've been home before he goes on a walk and I've seen how excited he is to see them and how tired he is after the walks (which is super important because you want to make sure that the walk was worth the while, specially if you have an energetic dog like mine) and that gives me comfort when I'm away too because I know he is happy and in good hands . I really like the feedback system as well, I will come home to a detailed note of the walk, which includes how many times he pooped or peed, if he ran into his doggie friends, activities during the walk etc. Til this day they have followed my instructions very well on feeding Max or things like how to clean his paws after the walk.
  I've always felt safe with them having the access codes to get into the house when I'm not there (which can be a concern specially when you first decide to let someone new come into your house and take your dog) before scheduling the first walk I got to meet the walkers that were going to help me, and I they made me feel comfortable right away.
  Communication with Susan and the walkers is also good, we usually plan the walks a week ahead, but when I've needed last minute walks they have promptly replied to me and we have always worked something out.
  Overall, I am happy with their service, and I can totally recommend them, if you need some help with your dog every once in a while or if you just want to get your dog to be a little bit more active. Thank you Pets Orbit . From me and Max

  My experience with Susan and Pets Orbit has been/is of total satisfaction. Her professionalism, efficiency as well as excellent friendly genuine PR to value and keep in touch with her customers have immediately convinced me that she is the one, and one only, I want to get my cats food from... For 15 years I used a famous well-know company which slowly gave me less and less satisfaction, and even worse, disappointed and irritated me far too much.
  Susan is marvellous and deserve a strong and lasting support.

  I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for your help in the month of September 2015, accommodating all my needs especially those with short notice. I am experienced with dog sitters, from London to Singapore but I can say without hesitation that Susan and her team is the best and most professional I have encountered so far.
