The grooming manager from your facility refused to groom my 18 year old, blind and deaf Lhasa Aspo. She has been grooming at this facility for at least 10 years. How unfortunate it is that a new managers who has no knowledge and apparently no customer service skills can deny Petsmart's long standing and loyal customers. This dog has three slipped disks and severe arthritis in her hips. We medicate her daily to alleviate her pain. On her last visit in October 2012 she had yet to receive this medication - according to Brittany our 18 year old blind and deaf dog is a threat to her safety!!! WTF This is not an animal which threatens any other animals or people. The visit in October ending with your staff doing a completely unsatisfactory job - large portions of her underbelly were left unclipped as well as two of her legs. My wife picked her up and paid $16 for this half-assed worked. Had I picked her up I would have refused to pay anything as services requested were not rendered. We wanted to have her clipped again, but your manager refused to accept the appointment. I will not shop at your store and will tell all of my acquaintances of this poor service. I am grievously disappointed is the bureaucracy and piss-poor customer service your staff displays.

I have taken my dog to this grooming salon a few times a year for the last three years or so. There have been mixed results. Sometimes he is smooth and perfect and sometimes he comes out choppy. However, no big problems until this week. A few days ago, they literally caused lacerations that were bleeding. They said nothing. I got him home and it was after hours when I noticed the problem. I took him into the vet (Banfield is in the same store) and they treated him. In the end, the grooming salon paid for the vet care and refunded my grooming charge upon my firm request. What they didn't do is apologize or own up. Not even once. Totally unacceptable. Yes, they covered the cost, but they left a bad taste by taking the cya position and saying that we can't really be sure what caused the wounds. Give me a break.

I brought in my 10 month old lab looking pretty good, or so I thought, until I saw him when the groomers were done with him. He was brushed out SO well, and he was cleaner than I have ever seen him. He looked fantastic. The prices were great too. I recomend them all the time to my family and friends.
