  Incompetent staff

  I used to bring my older dog before the pandemic. Used to be a good place with good staff and service.
  Now under new management the staff looks like they would rather be somewhere else. Dogs just roam around with no purpose or activity, others just jump on others for a thrill, the guy has no contact with them. I brought my 10 months puppy for an introductory visit and said, she is fine with other dogs, but I don't think she wants to be here.
  Judging by what I saw on the webcam, I dont want her to be there either.
  This place is NOT what used to be.
  If you still have your dog there I'd be concerned. Take the time and watch the webcam. Make an informed decision for your dog.

  Terrible

  My dog was bitten here and I never got a call to be notified. They tried to justify it by saying that my partner told them not to call me, when really he said he'd tell me when he brought her home, because he only found out when picking her up from daycare. The bite resulted in an infection with swelling on the back of her head and under her eye, and needed 2 different types of antibiotics to heal. Him and I have gotten different stories from staff, and were told they didn't see it happen so they don't know which dog did it.

  Great Daycare With Great Employees

  I have been bringing my dog to wagging tails for a few years now and he just loves it there! The employees are very welcoming and show their love for dogs. The only time that wagging tails has disappointed me was when I couldn’t get a job there.
