  Take respondsibiity don't blame the dog

  I booked both my dogs for grooming and made selected a time when I could have two different groomer working on them, They have had their grooming since 6 weeks, Have had to correct the cuts when picking up several times. This time they kept my dogs over 4.5 hours and said they had to put them with the same groomer since they had a couple groomers call in, then said but the real reason it took so long was by dog was misbehaving - I had been their watching for her grooming since they had told me they would be done in 3 hours and she was not acting out. I was told they would charge me more money to get them worked on right away and I was not charge the fee and grooming usually takes 3-4 hours. They told me to pick up them up in 3 hours - if they had employee problems they should have told me. My husband was at home having just had surgery, I wouldn't have been waiting in the store wasting my time. They then told me that my other dog would not be done for another 45 mins which would mean they would have my dogs 5.25 hours, I became upset and they told me that I could take my dogs somewhere else to be groomed, I was not welcome back at their store.
