I took my dog in for a trial day care session on Saturday the 16th 2022. I dropped her off at 9:00 am as instructed.
I went onto the website around 10am to see how she was doing. The only dogs that were at daycare were the smaller breeds.
I immediately called to ask where my dog was. I was told she was in a suite because they didn't have staff, and they hoped that she would be out of the suite by noonish for daycare.
I was not informed of this situation, and I would have picked my dog up immediately. I do not board my dog because she has boarding anxiety.
Do the other customers know of this policy they have if there isn't enough staff their dogs would go into a suite , and wait for hours until the staff show up? . If not, they have the right to know that their dogs will be locked up until staff arrives. The customers are paying for a service their dogs are not getting, and it is not fair to the dogs.
I am absolutely furious about this non transparent situation, and will be contacting the corporate office.
