Really rude and unprofessional
After setting up an appointment, they requested a vaccine history. I got one from our vet. My dogs are vaccinated for distemper and Paro and rabies. They were not satisfied with the vaccination history from our vet. They were extremely rude about it.
I don’t know what the problem is. My dogs are perfectly healthy and are vaccinated yet it’s not good enough because I didn’t get it in the exact way that they wanted it.
I don’t know how they have any clients with the way they communicate with people. I definitely would look elsewhere for training.
