  Sent my dog home to wrong family

  A non owner of a dog came to pick up a dog. They gave her my dog by mistake. My dog was not on the premises for 5 hours. The excuses they made do not make sense.

  The only choice for me!

  My family and I went away over Easter Break in 2016. We had never boarded our dog before and were very nervous.
  The staff at K9 Resorts took the time to show me around and answer all of my questions. Not only did the place not smell like dog, but it smelled good! We picked up our dog after 5 days of boarding and daycare. He smelled great after his bath and came home so tired from all the playing with the other dogs.
  I could not be happier with the service we received. I plan to leave our dog there again this summer.

  TRULY THE BEST!

  We have been bringing our three dogs to K9 Resorts for the past 7 years. Each time we go on vacation we are so much more relaxed knowing that our 3 babies are in the hands of such professionals. The staff are trained and knowledgeable, the building is elegant and clean, and our dogs come back so tired from all the playtime they receive. Thank you K9 Resorts, we don't know where we would be without you!
