  Best Dog Daycare

  My fiancé and I have been bringing our Penny to Kool K9 for years. She absolutely loves it. Dropped her off today and she pulled me across the parking lot into the door. Sporadically, Kathy (the owner), sends pictures of Penny to us. I’m not sure how, but it always happens to be on a day that I need it the most. We are so blessed to have an affordable and flexible daycare for our babygirl that is so close by. I 100% trust Kathy, Matt and their crew with our pup. We have never once thought about bringing her anywhere else.

  Be careful

  Be careful who you trust with your fur baby. Took my pup here as a few friends recommended it. Had a family member pick him up and he was visibly limping and nothing was said as to what happened that day. I get home and have to physically pick my dog up to bring him outside to go to the bathroom because he can barely walk. The pads of his feet were destroyed. Probably from lack of attention and having them on the pavement on a 90° day. Also huge scratches on the inside if his hind legs. Again no explanation as to what happened. Friends I know get pictures sent to them and updates throughout the day. I couldn’t even get a call back and had to wait 4 days for a response to my email as to what had happened. I know this may not deter many people but hopeful it will make owners weary of who they trust with their fur babies. I want to add that I am not a first time dog owner or someone what hasn’t brought their dogs to daycare before.

  Great daycare facility

  Great owners that truly love dogs. After a few bad reviews xpetiences with "big box" doggie daycares I would not trust anyone else except kool k9!
