Do not use this place at all. They don't care about your pet
. They recently were responsible for the death of a little dog boarded with them. They never even notified the owners about their dog accident and didn't take him to emergency either. They did nothing and let him die probably a slow death. They are horrible people.

I had heard great things about pawfection here in Clermont and We needed a last minute place to leave our babies over Easter weekend they was perfectly healthy they was our spoiled babies hyper and rotten we left them with food prebagged for each day and 2 different cel phone numbers and they was told to call us if anything came up, now we dropped them off Friday about 3 pm and we hadn’t heard anything from them and so we went in to pick our boys up Tuesday morning about 9 am and all of our worlds was turned upside down our smallest baby was completely unresponsive I said coco nothing no response I bent over said baby nothing he didn’t even open his eyes I looked at the woman an said is he dead?!? She said oh no he’s fine we couldn’t get any response from him we ended up taking him to 2 emergency vets trying to save him and we lost our coco Tuesday night he had severe dehydration an acute renal failure according to the vet he was exposed to some kind of chemical in the last 48 hours an if they’d have called us we could have rushed home and saved our baby but they couldn’t be bothered they only care about money not our fur babies the last days of his life was miserable because they couldn’t take the time to take proper care of our babies so that being said if you value your babies please don’t use PAWFECTION I would not wish this pain on anyone else ever
