Wonderful Facility - Peace of Mind
If I could give this pet resort 10 stars I would. We left our four chihuahuas in two deluxe suites and they were pampered, loved, hovered over and expertly cared for. Some were on meds, others had quirky bedding arrangements. We were able to go to their suite and settle them in before we left and just hung out with them for a while. No one rushed us out and let us take our time getting them comfortable. There were web cams so I could see how happy they were. One of our dogs has separation anxiety and we haven’t left them anywhere in two years. I was so worried how they would do. When we picked them up they acted like they would love to stay longer. The entire staff is phenomenal and you really feel like they are in a luxury hotel! Sarah and staff, thank you so much! We were at the Springfield facility.
