  HORRIFIC GROOMERS! AVOID at All Costs!

  Rude, unprofessional, did everything imaginable to get out of grooming my dog.

  To begin, there were NO other dogs there. It took 5 mins before I was greeted.

  I brought my Dog’s tag, but not paperwork. Fair enough - we need paperwork. They told me to leave and that they couldn’t help me.

  I asked if we could call the vet. I knew the location and they were in front of a computer (I left my cell in my car). With NO OTHER CUSTOMERS they told me I had to get my phone and give the number to them. So I did.

  The first number tried did not work. So, again, they told me to leave. Frustrated, I said I would call the vet & I did and I was placed on hold.

  The groomer said, they hang up and told me for the THIRD TIME to leave. I said, they didn’t hang up, I’m in hold.

  As I’m waiting, another dog comes in. My dog is 10 years old and I’ve had her for 10 years. She is not, nor has ever been aggressive towards other dogs. She is scared of other dogs

  For whatever reason, the groomer decided my dog was acting “aggressively” and demanded I leave the area. Which I did. The other dog didn’t even end up needing grooming services.

  After being on hold, they informed me that it was Friday and my Vet was closed. To which I responded, it is THURSDAY and per my cell that you made me get, the Vet is open!

  Surprise, surprise, I make it through. The other vet said she would email me the pertinent information.
  I said, please hold because these women have done everything possible to make it impossible for me and the minute uou email, they will claim they only accept voice.

  The Vet patiently waited on the phone, while I was ignored, and once she came in, she said, “Per understanding, your client will be emailed paperwork via EMAIL that is sufficient to provide proof of vaccination ”. COMMON IN THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY!

  The groomer demanded she verbally confirm they my dog was in fact vaccinated

  I have not had such terrible customer service, ever. These ladies were unbelievably rude. Condensing. Unhelpful. And tried multiple times to get me to leave, when again (and recipes will show) there was no one else there!

  It was so bad, I was scared they’d harm my dog while trimming her nails. But I needed them done and to leave would require quite a drive

  Suffice to say, I will NEVER go back and I recommend with all my heart that you never go to this location.
