The shop, which doubles as a canine salon, opened in 2015 along the Montauk Highway. It fits right in with its neighbors, which include a Barry’s Bootcamp and Wainscott Wines, and caters to a similar crowd. “You watch the cars pile up in the morning, one Porsche, Maserati or Ferrari after another,” says Edward Alava, the store’s 48-year-old owner, whose diverse-and-discerning clientele includes Jennifer Lopez, Estée Lauder Group President John Demsey, Keith Richards’ manager Jane Rose and socialite Alison Brettschneider. “People come in here before a class at Barry’s, drop off their dogs for grooming, and want them ready when the class is over.”
