  Meadowlawn in Market common was best vet I'd ever been to in my life. However, the doctor we normally see left to start own practice way down in Georgetown, i knew that. Figured I'd go here as i always have due to location and all my animal records are there. My cat with cancer needs labs and care regularly. I dont think I will be going back after the bill I just paid and few other things. They could have told me before anything was done, that prices have increased ("just because") 300% as said to me. Really did not appreciate that. Also, last week when making appointment receptionist said shed call me next day to let me know about scheduling Dr. to do a house call and/or about cancelations due to my work schedule and she never called at all not even to follow up. Really upset and i referred people there previously. Sorry, for referring now, if you dont make over 6 figures a year, you have to work daily, want follow up and top of line care, dont go there. I mean 50 bucks for shaving a bit around wound and cleaning with chg, that i cleaned with chg before getting there, exam almost 100 bucks on top of everything else way over what it was. I even had to ask her to open my cats mouth to see if tumor was in mouth still, had to ask myself for it to be done... said we needed 2 week appointment and never tried to schedule it before leaving.. The Dr. my animals normally saw there was awesome with communication and genuinely cared about each animal. She said you call me anytime, made you feel your animal was the only one and most important. Oh and already emotional knowing mine is going down hill had to see dead animals being carried out. Extremely disappointed. Also was running late and tried to call and was hung up on 2 times while trying to drive and hold a sick cat. The other 7 times no answer. Finally got someone and was put on hold... hell i was almost there by then 🤦‍♀️ Get home, cone on cats head came right off... In my opinion place went from 5 stars to 1 and a half in one visit after many. Care more about money and time over animal healthcare and well being. No follow up call and the prices shooting through roof shows what they really are about now. Sad. Hate that! Shame on y'all.

  Dental treatment went very well; appreciate the staff

  MARKET COMMON location:

  My cat need serious dental treatment, and I was very nervous about it as any loving Mommy would be.

  Dr. Hardee, Dr Hunt (who performed the cleaning and extractions, then kindly called me with her findings), Madison, Amanda, and Jack...all of them impressed me. They were very kind and caring from the time I made the appointment until I picked my baby up after his procedure. I was quite impressed and I am TRULY GRATEFUL:)

  When I got Harry home, he seemed just a little out of it, but was eating later in the day! By the next morning, it was if nothing happened. I am so happily suprised by the outcome, and I am thrilled I don't have to worry about his mouth hurting him anymore.

  MUCH thanks to the entire staff; you all did a FABULOUS job!! I am happy to have finally found a veterinarian I can trust.
