This place needs to learn to put grooming appointments in their system!!!
My dogs always go there to get groomed well not anymore. Which makes me sad because the groomer is awesome there my dogs loves her. But when i make an appointment they never put it in and so when it’s time to go in for their appointment obviously they can’t take me because I wasn’t in the system. It happened two times already and I’ve had enough. I make sure I make an appointment during my lunch breaks or my days off and they can’t even put me in correctly. So unprofessional for real!!!!!! Then they tell me that maybe I made an appointment at the wrong location even though I made it in person the second time. Very disappointed :/

This company uses a company called Ten Four Social with CEO Rachel Maga spamming all of facebook pretending to be new in town and asking if anyone ever used this company and then writes wonderful things about it and then gets her friends (employees) to say how great it is. I have no respect for a buisness that operates like this.
