Questionable safety
They failed to give my dog the majority of his seizure medication one night during his stay. I felt we deserved a full refund as no one ever noticed the remaining pills in his pill organizer, but the owner disagreed. He only refunded for the night of the missing dosage. They claimed he never had any symptoms/seizures, but never offered to check camera footage of the night the seizures would have happened. I don’t know if they have cameras on the dogs, but they certainly should to avoid issues like this or mistreatment/neglect.

Beware of the Owner!
[The owner] and he has no compassion for his clients or his dogs. Do your research and deep dive into his reviews. He treated my dogs as objects and not living creatures. His actions were despicable and he does not deserve your business. We had a lovely time with the staff for over a year and our one interaction with [the owner] has turned me off from this business. There are so many great dog daycare options in the area and we will be moving to Top Dog Ltd instead.
