Terrible grooming
Absolutely disgraceful. Brought our little American Eskimo there for grooming. We were assured they knew this was simply a clean up. We left our beautiful little bunny-coated girl there and got back a baby lamb. The “groomer” shorn her full soft fur/mane down to the skin leaving her unrecognizable with choppy uneven fur. When we got her home, she barely left my side she was so shaken. The skill level of this groomer scarcely exceeds “turn on trimmers and have at it”. Also, to perform this outrageous hack job, it took him 4 hours. The upside was that the Manager was very nice and did not charge us. Steer clear of grooming services!!!
