  Please do not get ur dog groomed here !!!! Brought my dog to get groomed, I dropped her off at 10am. By 2pm no one had called me yet so I called to see if she was ready. The girl in the phone said, oh by the way, your dog is at the vet right now, groomer nicked her pad when she was trimming her paws. No one even called me to let me know !!!! They put her in a strange car to a strange vet & no one even called me to let me know what happened!!!! I understand accidents might happen but to not even call me was unacceptable!!!!! When I got down to the store, the manager said, oh, someone was supposed to call u but why didn't he ?????? I will never go back there again !!!! When he brought my dog back to the store, she looked scared & lost !!!! They had no consideration for me, the owner !!!! Our pets are our family members & obviously they don't have any consideration for that !!!!

  Do not take your pet there to be groomed.. wasn't there 30 seconds and I could feel the incompetence and unfriendliness of this lady called Pat, who says she owns it. First thing she says as I walk to the counter is "don't put your dog down" Then she says she can't groom him because he is too old and hasn't been groomed there before.. new or old what is the difference? Thankful I didn't leave my little schitzu in her hands.. Went to Petsmart where a loving and caring girl groomed him and fell in love with our little Louie.. I can see why there weren't any dogs being groomed there when I came in. The Petco I go to in Milltown is always packed..this looked like a ghost town and it was clear why..if you can't groom old dogs..don't take appt from people with older dogs..pretty sad...Pretty disgusting..
