Colorado Correctional Industries Prison Trained Dog Program

I am a HUGE advocate of this program. If you havent seen S3 Ep13 of Pitbulls and Parolees, you should. This is a fantastic program not only by saving our furry friends in Animal Shelters that are already over loaded but it also gives the inmate the opportunity to be trained and possibly a new trade when it comes time to be released to society. The only question I have is why don't more prisons offer this program? I would love it if someone would address this.
