Poorly operated
This location on Fairmont Ave in Bethesda, MD is not safely staffed. The play rooms are overcrowded with far too many dogs per room with only 1 canine coach per room. At times, coaches leave rooms unattended. The canine coaches frequently turnover, so experience and training are questionable. There is continuous video monitoring, which has frequent outages when the feed is watched remotely. Mysteriously this video footage is not available for review to the customers whenever there is a concern. The reviews of this business on Google and Yelp are skewed by the family and friends of the owner. When leaving fake reviews it's probably best to change your name...For a more comprehensive and reflective insight to the reality of this business, I recommend reviewing the 1 and 2 star reviews. This place is anything but dog friendly and exists solely to make a profit.
