My dog Koko ABSOLUTELY LOVES this place. The owner and staff are wonderful, you can tell they really love what they do and treat the dogs there like their own. Koko MELTS every time she walks in and is greeted by staff. This is the only place I trust my dog in for day play and boarding. I always have peace of mind when I leave her in their care. 100% recommended.

lucky paw is a phenomenal facility with wonderful staff who know their stuff!! regarding the reviews below are far from
the truth. The staff at Lucky Paw are wonderful with all dogs of various sizes from small Yorkshire Terriers to German Shepherds & Great Danes. The facility is cleaned daily with appropriate cleaning supplies. All staff at lucky are pleasant and eager to please. They love all their guests as one of their own! Yes they don’t have toys in the yards because for everyone’s safety as some dogs are TOY AGGRESSIVE. Dogs are offered water Everytime they come in from play and when they go out for play. Staff are monitoring play groups constantly and yes their is some correcting as not every dog is perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Lucky Paw and it seems the review below saying the facility is poor is due to a disgruntled ex-employee who is upset they didn’t work out. Take a tour and see for yourself what a wonderful facility this is! - AnonymousFeb 23, 2023dirty, smelly, no enrichment
When I first entered, the management seemed disorganized, like there was lack of leadership, I couldn’t tell who was in charge. I went back to take a look at the place for my dog to possibly attend playgroups. When I went back there the floors were covered in hair that I felt I was breathing it in and it smelled as well because of this. I know that hair will happen with dogs but it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I noticed a lot of dogs without water in the little kennels they were in inside and when looking in the “play” yards they had no toys or water. My dog needs enrichment at least that’s why I bring him to play groups. The workers seemed snobby towards each other as well which made me uncomfortable as I was walking around. When I was leaving I can even hear the workers yelling at the dogs outside, and some did not sound very nice to say the least. I’ve taken my dog to better establishments and I do not recommend bringing your pup here.
- TonyJun 28, 2021Can’t handle large breeds
We have a 7 month old German Shepard as with many puppies she tends to bark at people she doesn’t know. We got told that they think she is an aggressive, out of control dog, who lunges at people to try to bite them and she needs to be muzzled. This is the same dog that spends time with 6 month old kids letting them grab snd hit her and nothing happening. We got told that she is simply to big of a dog to be a energetic puppy who’s still in training. They said they can not handle her. So If you have a puppy of a larger breed I would stay away from here as they told us they can’t handle larger breed dogs.
