dirty, smelly, no enrichment

When I first entered, the management seemed disorganized, like there was lack of leadership, I couldn’t tell who was in charge. I went back to take a look at the place for my dog to possibly attend playgroups. When I went back there the floors were covered in hair that I felt I was breathing it in and it smelled as well because of this. I know that hair will happen with dogs but it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I noticed a lot of dogs without water in the little kennels they were in inside and when looking in the “play” yards they had no toys or water. My dog needs enrichment at least that’s why I bring him to play groups. The workers seemed snobby towards each other as well which made me uncomfortable as I was walking around. When I was leaving I can even hear the workers yelling at the dogs outside, and some did not sound very nice to say the least. I’ve taken my dog to better establishments and I do not recommend bringing your pup here.
