All of Alaska Dog and Puppy Rescue's adult dogs have been rescued from a shelter or villages from around the state. Each dog stays with a foster family, where they are integrated into family life and are treated like one of the family. Their dogs are not housed in a kennel or shelter, and they receive one-on-one attention and training. Available dogs are spayed or neutered, are current on their age-appropriate shots, microchipped, and receive a health vet check when necessary.
