Holds Dogs Hostage from Legal Owners

Do not support this unethical shelter. They have been holding Ruger (a master hunter in field), a dog that was surrender during a hoarder situation, that has an ethical breeder that he is legally supposed to be returned to once the puppy contract was violated. Instead, they are refusing to give the dog back and will neuter him against the breeder's wishes. Making the dog ineligible to compete in any future field events! This is ridiculous.
