  I dropped my dog off today and had to go back to get him because I left with the worst feeling in my gut. The owner did not even greet me nor my dog. Not even a hello-nothing. My dog was a little scared at first because of the dryers and she didn’t even try to make him feel better, say hi-again nothing. She has no people
  skills and creates a very unsettling vibe. My dog was there for approximately 30 minutes before I went back to pick him up, so he was barely groomed and she proceeded to charge me $75. She asked if there was something wrong and I asked her if I could be honest-she said yes, so I told her how I felt and how she presents herself. She could have cared less. I absolutely would
  NOT recommend going there.
