The Humane Society of the Desert was founded in 1961 to help those who cannot help themselves. To thousands of orphaned, abandoned and neglected dogs and cats this became more than a simple concept. Today, it's one of the largest animal sanctuaries in SoCal with a nine acre scenic facility that provides state of the art services for animals and the community.
