Great staff, our dog loves it here!

Our dog loves Dogtopia! She looks forward to going and playing with the other dogs. I noticed she was learning a lot quicker and training easier when we started going to Dogtopia. The staff trains them, and makes sure they are safe and having fun. They have fun themes and events every month. I recommend them to everyone!

    No responsible ,no professional

We needed to board our Dog for an upcoming trip so looking at the reviews and website we decided to go to Dogtopia. When we got there we were concerned about the sizes of the other dogs in the room since our dog was only 8 lbs, but were assured that the med sized dogs in the room do well with smaller dogs. On the third day of day care we went to pick up our dog and there was a delay when they were bringing him out. after about 5 mins finally they brought out our dog and said that one of the bigger dogs was "Being Rambunctious" and that our dog had suffered some puncture wounds. The girl that brought him out said she cleaned the wounds but maybe we should go see a vet without apologizes. Even the staff who watch dogs doesn't show her face . They don't explain when it happened. I guess they found out when we pick him up. They didn't touch us while he there.(4hr) They should call us when he got hurt. I was so shocked to see our pet had suffered that i took my dog and left. Its been over 48 hrs and no one has reached out to us with an apology even after I cancelled the remaining day care sessions. They do have a webcam and all i see on it is a young lady walking around not really paying attention to the dogs I counted 13 dogs that day with 1 person to watch them and there were a mix of dogs Large to small. Needless to say I will never leave my dog with them again. My first clue should have been the waiver that you needed to sign which releases them from any responsibility should your dog get hurt, sick or even die. Just like any large chain they tell you what you want to hear, all our staff is certified to care for your pet, We exercise your dog thru games, We have a webcam (that has a blind spot by the corner where the door is so if your dog isn't happy there you can’t see it.) Behind the scenes it is a hot mess. If i could give them negative stars I would.
Save yourselves heartache ... my dog is now traumatized by the experience and he has scar in his back forever so are we. DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
