  Beware! Horrible Company

  Owner and CFO agreed to watch our dogs approximately three weeks before we left town. We have been clients for about a year without any prior issues. THREE DAYS before I had plans to leave, they decided to tell me that they needed “updated paperwork” AND they needed to schedule another “meet and greet” because they had new dog walkers. My wife and I both work full-time, as most people do, and are not available to acquiesce to ridiculous demands that these people should have taken care of BEFORE agreeing to watch our dogs again. I do not know where I placed my dogs vaccination records, but they should already have them on file. They accused us of not vaccinating our dogs which is a complete lie. Bottom line is, because they dropped the ball and didn’t schedule a SECOND meet and greet EARLIER when we actually had time to do it, and because they decided to request paperwork at the last minute AFTER already agreeing to watch our dogs, we were forced to cancel services and we were left looking for a reputable dog walker three days before leaving town. This was completely unacceptable and completely the fault of Hand and Hound. They are extremely unprofessional and even more unpleasant to deal with. After this entire fiasco, they had the nerve to harass my wife and I with emails and phone calls while we were out of town demanding that we pay over one hundred dollars for canceling services! She also had her “CFO” harass me with phone calls and he even showed up at my place of employment, demanding that I pay him for canceling services. These people are unbelievably ridiculous. They don’t seem to understand that the reason we were forced to cancel is THEIR FAULT.

  10-16-2023 Update

  Hand and Hounds called my corporate office and has now started harassing them. Telling them they are afraid and trying to get me in trouble. This is all over $115.00. The things being said about me are slanderous, and this is now considered harassment on their part
