  Kristen cared for our two big dogs for over 3 hours while we did our Hearst Castle tour. She was easy to engage by text and then we connected by phone. Kristen advised us how to acclimate our dogs to her and then to her in our hotel room. she kept us informed by text with details of how and what the were doing (including photos). She also walked and watered them. A real pro and a true dog person! We would use her again in a heartbeat.
