  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

  I would have done zero "stars" but that wasn't an option. I brought in my dog yesterday 2 hours before they closed hoping for a bath and nail trim. The guy that was working clearly didn't want to be there but unfortunately it was his turn. I asked for the bath and nail package and he informed me that they closed in two hours and it wasn't an option. I asked if I could at least get the nails trimmed and he said it could be done real quick, I just needed to pay and he would take care of it while I was paying. I come back not even 5 minutes later and observe him through the window yanking my dogs arm down and aggressively clipping his nails. I walk in just as he clipped one too short to where my dog loudly yelped out. He grabbed for the powder so that it wouldn't bleed but that barely helped. When he gave my dog back to me I saw that on at least 5 of his nails this powder stuff was on there which means he made him bleed on half of the nail trims. This is unacceptable and the treatment was the worst I have ever had. When I am walking into a business and paying $20 for a nail clipping, I expect it to be more than 3 minutes and more professional. I will never return.
