    Sandie is AMAZING

My energetic and crazy dog has been spending Wednesday mornings with Sandie at Trek & Trot for over a year now and it is the best thing I’ve ever done! Both the long hikes and the pack play time at the large fenced in area at her farm provide much needed exercise and stimulation. I was walking him 3 miles a day, but it still wasn’t enough… since he’s been spending time with Sandie he’s a much calmer dog. Not only does she provide much-needed playtime, but Sandie is really great at working with him (and me!) to correct his behavioral issues. And the fact that she will pick him up and bring him home makes it so convenient. Give her a call… You won’t regret it!

Unique dog & parent approved experience!

It's a great day to be a dog when joining Sandie's packs! Socialization, exercise, learning pack behavior, practicing recall and exploring are all part of the day at Trek & Trot. Our 18 mnth old Australian Shepherd/Bernese mix is full of energy and loves her time on pack hikes on the mountain or running on the farm. We are so happy to have found Sandie and Trek & Trot, she's a master at dog behavior and providing safe, interesting outlets for all that energy. Highly recommend Sandie and this experience.

Great fun in beautiful Michaux State Forest

Hiked with Sandie and our dogs off leash on well defined trails in Michaux State Forest. It was a two hour romp and sniffathon for the dogs and an enjoyable hike for the humans heading down from the top of the ridge and circling back up to the start point. If your dog is not solid on recall, these trails are still very accessible while keeping your pet on its leash. Lots of breaks for water and scenery. We hiked in the morning, around 8:00 am, and did not encounter anyone else in the woods. Highly recommend!
