This is NOT an animal loving establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this PetSmart. I purchased a Green Cheek Conure for $380. He was ripping his feathers out and just days after bringing him home he passed away. During the same week I lost my wallet with the card I had purchased him with. Even though I brought him back day 13 (within the 14 day refund period), they will not refund unless I can magically find my wallet that's been missing all week so they can refund on the original card that I purchased with. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY DEAD BIRD HOME AND HOLD ONTO HIS DECAYING BODY UNTIL I CAN BRING THE ORIGINAL CARD IN AND SINCE I BROUGHT IT IN DAY 13 I ONLY HAVE 1 DAY TO DO SO THEY REFUSED TO UNDERSTAND OR EXTEND TIME SO THAT I CAN DO SOMETHING. The best they said they could do was give me store credit. I do not plan on ever coming back to this store let alone spending another $380 here. For a place that claims to serve animals and owners, their policies DO NOT serve anyone but the company itself and they are absolutely heartless and inconsiderate when it comes treating the dead body of an animal like a store product and refusing to work with an already upset and distressed customer instead of working with or helping out to relieve this already horrible situation. My experience here was disgusting and I honestly never expected this from PetSmart.

I would not recommend this or any other Pet Smart store or grooming salon to anyone. After having been a loyal customer at this store with my two miniature poodles, Abby and Sebastian, for the last seven years (frequenting the store at least 2-3 times per week during this time), nevertheless twice within the last two months after longstanding appointments with the grooming salon, I have been snidely turned away and told I would need to reschedule.
I wasn't sure if I would return as a customer after the first time being turned away, but after some deliberation decided to give them another chance. This second time sealed the deal however. I will never set foot in this or any other Pet Smart ever again. These big chains are all the same. They couldn't care less about customer loyalty. I couldn't be more furious.
