Ive been working at Camp Bow Wow for over 5 years now. Each and every person who works at camp has an unexplainable love for each dog that attends camp as if they were our own. Reading the negative reviews below is upsetting.. When dogs are taken away from their pack(their family) they sure do act differently.. if someone at camp bow wow was worried about the well being of one of the dogs in our care they would not hesitate to inform owners as nobody wants to see a dog in distress! I would not bring my own dog there if i didn’t think this place was safe. A suggestion for anyone planning to board their dog...don’t bring them for an interview then come back and board them for a week.. bring them for day-camp ATLEAST once a month so we can become familiar with their personality as well as your dog becoming familiar with us and the facility. The dogs we see having a tough time are dogs we see once a year for boarding only.. We have 100 day-campers per day who come routinely.. these campers have no issue boarding and their owners have no issue with us!
